Inaugurating what I hope will be a new series of ad hoc pop-up Zoom get-togethers, I am sponsoring a Zoom poetry participatory reading this Tuesday, November 24, 2020, at 5 pm Eastern (US). Each person on the call will be expected to read two poems (of any authorship) of his or her choosing. That’s it. No obligation to pick a poem of a certain length, although some verse works—like Paradise Lost or Howl—might be considered

Although construction of the Dartmouth Outing Club (DOC) House has been delayed by COVID-19, fundraising continues and is doing well. William E. Ferguson, Ph.D. (Bill), age 73, of Springfield, passed from this life and went on to glory Thursday, June 11, 2020 at Crozer-Chester Medical Center. Bill was born on March 25, 1947 in Philadelphia, Pa. to Norman and Annetta Ferguson. His family moved to Ridley Park and he graduated from Ridley Park High School in 1965 where he was a member of the Cross Country and Scott’s Hi-Q teams. Bill went on to receive a B.A.
